Concept: Our innovations grow out of your visions, so we encourage you to work with us from day one. Once we receive your sketch, rendering, or drawing, we can begin. Together, we define our goals and agree to exploratory design processes, if necessary, as our structures often exceed the limits of traditional building techniques. Communication at every stage makes the project a true collaboration.

Estimate: We provide you with an estimate or firm quote, depending on the level of detail provided and the scope of your project. This allows you to manage your budget accurately at an early stage.

Development/Engineering: We develop and further refine design drawings and review sample materials. Written specifications and all supporting documentation for tender documents are available. Once contracted, Eventscape provides a full set of working drawings for submittals and project coordination, and secures your approvals in preparation for fabrication. We constantly explore new materials and manufacturing processes.
Fabrication: Each project is assigned a dedicated project director, other team members as required, and a project manager who’s directly responsible for the project from concept development through to final installation. Our team of experts insists on the highest standards and manages all fabrication in-house. Since the majority of our projects are custom—pre-fabricated in our production facility—we can keep you updated on the progress of the project with digital images. Small projects typically need four to eight weeks production time; larger projects are based on scale and complexity. We also accommodate rush orders.

Shipping: Your project is engineered to knock down to a practical size for shipping. All projects are packed in custom crates, bags, or boxes, by our skilled warehouse team. Our logistics team directs shipping by air, ground, or sea, anywhere in the world, using hourly delivery tracking and our own international brokers to ensure your deliveries are on time.

Installation: We can facilitate installation globally, from on-site supervision of local labor, to turnkey solutions using our own qualified installation teams.
